Job Description:

Graphic Designer with 3+ years of detail-oriented graphic design experience needed for a permanent, mostly onsite (4/1) position in Boston. Ideal candidate will have real estate or commercial real estate experience and a portfolio that includes logo development, branding, brochures, flyers, infographics, email blasts, and presentations. Responsibilities include designing materials like brochures, infographics, and logos, and managing projects to ensure accuracy and clarity. Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and WordPress required.

Job Responsibility:

Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, brochures, one-pagers, e-blasts, infographics, research reports, presentations, logos, and branding
Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes
Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
Manage various assignments including camera-ready art, design and layout of brochures, overhead and bound presentations, special events information, and special projects
Create and maintain graphic design sample books, to be used as a resource

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic arts, fine arts, or multimedia
3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
HTML and WordPress knowledge required
Mac or PC
Strong organizational skills
Must be skilled in managing their own projects
Must have experience working as part of a creative team

Nice to have:

Real estate or commercial real estate experience
