Graphic Designer

• Design Execution: Develop visual designs for a variety of advertising and branding needs, including traditional campaigns, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and programmatic display
• Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors/Creative Directors throughout all phases of a project, from initial brainstorming to final production, ensuring the development of cutting-edge visual solutions that meet client challenges
• High-Volume Asset Creation: Produce a large volume of design assets, including programmatic banners, social media posts, and web designs, ensuring each meets specific brand guidelines and project specifications
• Brand Consistency: Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables, ensuring that all visual outputs are accurate, consistent, and reflective of the client’s brand identity
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine designs to ensure they are error-free, visually cohesive, and aligned with the brand’s standards before final delivery
• Specification Compliance: Work closely with project managers to ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are delivered on time, without compromising quality

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong experience in graphic and digital design, with a focus on digital projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like Sketch/Figma
• Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive/adaptive design, user experience, and accessibility
• Strong production skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow

Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is an asset, as are skills in video editing, animation, or rendering packages, though not required
