We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who understands how creative actually performs in paid digital campaigns. This role is focused on designing creatives for LinkedIn ads and Meta ads (feed & stories). These are not generic brand visuals. These are performance-first creatives built to stop the scroll, communicate clearly, and convert. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consistency, ownership, and working closely with a performance marketing team not agency-style handoff.
Job Responsibility:
Designing static creatives for LinkedIn and Meta PPC campaigns
Creating ad variations aligned to different audiences, messages, and objectives
Working strictly within a defined brand palette and design system
Preparing creatives that are platform-appropriate (formats, ratios, safe zones)
Delivering consistently within agreed timelines each week
Iterating creatives based on campaign learnings and performance feedback
Requirements:
Proven, hands-on experience designing creatives for paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta feed, Meta stories)
Recent experience working on performance marketing creatives
Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, contrast, and clarity
Comfortable working with brand guidelines and colour palettes
Ability to execute independently, no step-by-step supervision
No use of AI tools for creative generation
Able to show a portfolio of real campaign creatives that have gone live
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Reliable, organised, and able to commit time weekly
What we offer:
An in-house performance marketing function
A growing technology and digital platform ecosystem
Work that spans multiple geographies and audiences
Long-term opportunities for individuals who deliver consistently
Opportunity to work inside a global business, not for multiple short-term clients through an agency
