Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and has a passion for producing visually compelling designs. The role involves collaborating with various teams to create impactful graphics and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Job Responsibility:

Create visually engaging designs for both print and digital platforms, adhering to established branding guidelines
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity and communicate the intended message effectively
Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members
Research emerging design trends and tools to continually improve creative outputs
Prepare and deliver final design files in appropriate formats for production or publication
Work with external vendors when necessary to ensure the quality of printed materials
Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects
Support hiring processes by designing materials related to recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present design ideas
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Familiarity with both print and digital production processes
Knowledge of hiring processes and the ability to design recruitment-related materials effectively.
