Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Internal Communications/Graphic Designer/Writer to join our team in Pasadena, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to creative projects while working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in both design and communication, bringing innovative ideas to life through various mediums.

Job Responsibility:

Create visually compelling designs using Adobe Creative Suite
Develop engaging content for internal communications and marketing materials
Collaborate on copywriting projects, including external communications and journalism efforts
Utilize WordPress to design and manage web content effectively
Produce high-quality brochures and other print materials that align with branding guidelines
Apply AP or Chicago writing styles when necessary to meet project requirements
Design graphics and layouts on PC platforms, ensuring compatibility and efficiency
Adapt creative approaches to fit the needs of industries such as construction

Requirements:

Proficiency in graphic design and a strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud tools
Experience in writing and designing for internal communications
Ability to manage and create web designs using WordPress
Familiarity with AP or Chicago writing styles is preferred
Open to copywriting and working in external communications or journalism
Comfortable designing on PC platforms
Willingness to adapt to projects in various industries, including construction
