Graphic Designer

• Update branding elements such as logos, color palettes, and layouts on corporate documents, marketing materials, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure brand consistency in both internal and external communications
• Design and refine materials including brochures, letterheads, recruiting collateral, and benefits communication
• Apply established brand guidelines to create cohesive designs for diverse use cases
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of updated branded materials
• Assist with improving the visual design of SharePoint sites and other digital resources
• Provide creative input and design solutions for new branding challenges as they arise
• Ensure quality control of all deliverables to align with brand standards
• Work with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or branding-focused environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of branding principles and design standards
• Ability to create cohesive designs across various formats, including print and digital
• Experience updating and refining marketing and communication materials
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Familiarity with designing for platforms like SharePoint is a plus
