Graphic Designer

• Developing compelling visual assets (graphics, illustrations, animations) for client campaigns and agency initiatives
• Creating, editing, and producing quality video and photos for social media, websites, campaigns, and presentations
• Editing and retouching photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Contributing original ideas to help bring client campaigns to life
• Adding creative flair and design polish to new business pitch decks and materials
• Ensuring seamless organization and communication across projects, initiatives, and collaborations with team members and clients

• 1-2 or more years of experience
• Experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or related in an agency setting
• Experience with design for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to team success
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom, Firefly, Express)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proofreading skills
