We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis for approximately 4–5 weeks. Based in Walnut Creek, California, this role will focus on creating high-quality digital and print designs to support our Events Team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
Job Responsibility:
Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines
Collaborate closely with the Events Team to produce materials that meet project requirements and timelines
Manage vendor communication to oversee production processes, delivery schedules, and quality control
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to execute design projects
Create engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to support event-related initiatives
Organize and prioritize multiple design projects to meet tight deadlines effectively
Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and adhere to branding standards
Adapt designs as needed for different platforms and audiences, maintaining consistency across all outputs
Requirements:
1+ years of experience demonstrating attention to detail in both digital and print design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Familiarity with Windows-based systems
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and external vendors
