Graphic Designer

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for various applications, including Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, standees, event materials)
• Digital campaigns (social media creatives, web banners, email graphics, ad image)
• Visual storytelling for presentations, product demos, and pitch decks
• Branding assets and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms
• Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual communication
• Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) or equivalent
• Prepare rough concepts for review, iterate based on feedback, and finalize designs for delivery
• Ensure design output is optimized for both print and digital formats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply design thinking and maintain a user-centric design approach

• Proven graphic designing experience of 3-5 years
• A strong portfolio of Print and Digital Designs
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop/ Affinity, Sketch/ Figma & PowerPoint)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Understanding color theory
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
• Proven graphic design experience across both print and digital media

Basic video editing skills are a plus
