Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will focus on supporting creative initiatives for a hospitality and retail brand, with an emphasis on creating high-quality designs for both print and digital media. The ideal candidate thrives in a freelance environment, is detail-oriented, and excels at delivering projects within tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

Design and version print materials such as menus, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand standards
Develop digital assets for paid media campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional content
Adapt existing master designs to localized and national campaigns, maintaining consistent quality
Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to balance workload and meet deadlines
Refresh and enhance media assets, expanding them into full creative executions when needed
Adhere to established brand guidelines while creatively solving design challenges
Manage multiple short-term projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
Maintain professionalism and punctuality while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to produce visually compelling designs
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and provide input on design trends

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, typography, and color theory
Experience creating both print and digital designs, including promotional materials and email campaigns
Ability to adapt to brand style guides and maintain consistency across projects
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a freelance capacity with fluctuating hours
Positive attitude, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills for collaborative team environments
