Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile financial services projects, focusing on print and digital design. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and the ability to manage production workflows effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and design visually compelling layouts for print materials, signage, and trade show graphics
Coordinate production schedules and manage delivery timelines to ensure project deadlines are met
Prepare and export final files for production, maintaining quality standards and reviewing proofs for accuracy
Collaborate with vendors to oversee file corrections, approvals, and final delivery processes
Create graphics for social media, web platforms, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Support ad hoc design projects as needed, adapting to shifting priorities and requirements
Maintain consistency in branding across all design deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
Assist in managing creative services for events, including expos and conferences
Provide production support and troubleshooting for design-related issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Expertise in preparing files for print production and managing production workflows
Ability to design trade show graphics, brochures, and signage with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules and vendor relationships effectively
Knowledge of social media and web graphics design
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and vendors
Flexibility to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
