Job Description:

Our client, an innovative and growing organization in St. Louis, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join their creative team! In this role, you’ll craft compelling visuals across both digital and print platforms, from marketing campaigns to social media assets. The ideal Graphic Designer will blend their design expertise with strategic thinking to produce high-impact work that drives results.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute design projects including marketing materials, branding assets, website graphics, and social media content
Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, experiment with design variations, and create unique visuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative work with overall marketing strategies
Maintain strict compliance with brand standards, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables
Stay up-to-date on emerging design trends and innovations, especially those related to AI in graphic design

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfort with AI-driven design tools like DALL-E or similar technologies
Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout
Experience in content creation and development to bring impactful designs to life
A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design projects
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field preferred
