Graphic Designer

• Create and refine visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including brochures and promotional materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure branding consistency across all projects and campaigns
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to produce high-quality graphics
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
• Translate creative concepts into visuals that align with the company's goals and messaging
• Adapt existing designs for various formats and platforms as needed
• Maintain organized files for design assets and project documentation
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to enhance creative outputs
• Provide design support during high-volume periods, ensuring all daily needs are met efficiently

• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Experience creating print and digital materials, such as brochures and other marketing assets
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
