Job Description:

At Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a graphic designer for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities include designing marketing materials, collaborating with teams, managing multiple projects, and preparing production files. Applicants should have 3-5 years of graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Design marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and web assets
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver compelling visual solutions
Translate complex ideas into visually engaging graphics that align with brand guidelines
Support the development of brand identity systems and ensure visual consistency
Prepare final production files for both print and digital use
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

Requirements:

3–5 years of detail oriented graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma or Sketch a plus
Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color, and composition
Experience working within established brand guidelines
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs
