We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to lead the creation and execution of visual assets across digital, print, and sales channels. This role is dedicated to maintaining brand consistency, developing scalable designs, and delivering high-quality creative solutions tailored to diverse audience segments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to produce impactful campaigns and assets that support business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver creative assets for websites, ensuring technical accuracy and consistent visual appeal
Create engaging graphics and layouts for social media platforms, optimizing designs for maximum audience interaction
Establish and maintain design templates, systems, and guidelines to streamline production processes
Produce customized sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital resources, for various buyer segments
Design and refine brand visual identities, ensuring consistent application across all marketing and sales materials
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign ideas into visually compelling materials for digital, print, and event platforms
Lead the development of creative assets for seasonal launches, tradeshows, and promotional events
Create conversion-focused designs for advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Conduct creative testing and iterate designs based on performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness
Ensure brand alignment while creating assets for sister and investment brands, respecting each entity's unique identity
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
Expertise in creating tailored designs for diverse audience segments, such as retail and hospitality
Strong understanding of optimizing graphics for social media and digital platforms
Experience designing materials for sales enablement and marketing campaigns
Knowledge of advertising and performance testing strategies for creative assets
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
