Job Description:

Doolittle Marketing is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our sales efforts across the nation. We are seeking someone who is eager to grow and develop their design skills while making a significant impact on our brand.

Job Responsibility:

Graphic Design Mastery: Utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create compelling designs
Print and Web Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of printing specifications and web design principles to ensure high-quality outputs
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously improve your design knowledge and skills
Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support and elevate the Doolittle brand through creative and strategic design efforts
Creative Development: Design and produce brochures, flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials for both print and digital platforms
Apparel Design: Create stylish and marketable clothing designs for our online store
Merchandise Design: Develop innovative designs for Doolittle branded merchandise, including keychains, cups, lanyards, and more
Independent Workflow: Manage your projects and time effectively, working independently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs
Design Documentation: Keep detailed records of all designs created for the company to maintain a comprehensive design archive

Requirements:

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic photography skills
Video editing and animation experience (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts
Experience in designing brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed materials
