The Graphic Designer role is an exciting opportunity to join our Brand team on a 14-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will be an essential part of the team, moving between digital and physical touchpoints in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate to begin in early April 2026 to allow for a full month of handover.

Requirements:
Figma Proficiency: use Figma for designing web assets, emails, paid social ads, organic social posts, presentations, decks, and brainstorming sessions
Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise: highly proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Motion Graphics: create engaging motion assets for social and digital channels using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
Print and Artworking: extensive print experience, design and artwork window vinyls, large format graphics, hoarding, light-boxes, in-store POS, menus, signage, packaging, vehicle wraps, fly-posters, and event collateral
Organisation: use Monday.com to manage projects, take full responsibility for updating work statuses
Technical Expertise: support technical delivery and provide guidance as a subject matter lead in Figma and Adobe CC
Impact: link team actions to commercial value and solve real problems through high-quality design and artworking
Workflow Management: manage own time and tasks effectively, flag concerns regarding resource or capacity
Delivers Results: meet deadlines with quality, flag blockers, and drive team accountability
