This is an immediate and critical need for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to support a major client’s dynamic marketing and events team. The role primarily focuses on creating compelling visual assets for a tech industry account and several high-profile third-party trade shows for big brand clients. This position is vital for proactive staffing ahead of upcoming events and to provide flexible support for potential internal team absences. The role starts at 40 hours per week in January and February, transitioning to 20-30 hours per week from mid-February through April, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
Job Responsibility:
Design and produce a wide range of graphic assets for major client accounts, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines
Develop and execute visual materials for various third-party trade shows (e.g., HIMS, NAB, McDonald’s event), including booth graphics, signage, digital displays, and promotional collateral
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support ongoing projects and cover for team absences as needed
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, often under tight deadlines
Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs to meet client objectives
Maintain organized project files and ensure all assets are production-ready
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency environment or working with large corporate clients
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in event design, trade show graphics, and corporate branding
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating weekly hours (starting at 40, reducing to 20-30)
