Job Responsibility:
Designing and developing original, trend-relevant apparel graphics for seasonal assortments and special collaboration projects
Translating seasonal concepts, informed by market insights and consumer trends, into compelling graphic solutions that meet creative and commercial objectives
Owning graphic execution across various apparel categories, including knits, activewear, wovens, outerwear, denim, sleepwear, loungewear, and specialty classifications
Applying graphic trend research to identify innovative design techniques and visual storytelling opportunities
Designing branded trims and graphic details, such as woven labels and applied hardware, ensuring brand consistency
Partnering closely with Production teams and external vendors to ensure design intent, quality, and execution integrity throughout development and production, including comprehensive sample review
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners on custom product co-creation, translating partner vision and brand identity into original, customer-relevant apparel graphics that align with brand standards
Supporting collaboration projects across apparel categories, balancing creative vision, brand integrity, cost considerations, and delivery timelines
Incorporating feedback and direction from senior leadership and cross-functional partners to refine concepts and ensure successful execution
Collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to support seasonal milestones and deliver production-ready artwork
Maintaining presentation boards and materials for key milestone and review meetings
Supporting international, licensing, and print-on-demand initiatives as needed
Managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and prioritization skills, working quickly and efficiently while maintaining high creative quality and accuracy
Adapting to the needs of different teams, timelines, and creative partners, and thoughtfully applying knowledge of AI and emerging digital tools to ideation and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in fashion or apparel design with a strong focus on apparel graphics
Demonstrated ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end
Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional partners
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to clearly communicate creative intent through visuals and presentations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
