Our client, a well-established global nutritional and wellness brand is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support a high-volume marketing and creative team across a variety of initiatives. This role will contribute to multiple workstreams rather than a single project, partnering closely with marketing and creative leadership to develop compelling visual assets that support promotions, product launches, events, and brand updates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with overlapping deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with managers and the marketing team to define the look and feel of new and upcoming promotional campaigns designed to drive sales
Establish visual identities for campaigns, including logo lockups, color palettes, typography, graphic elements, and photography direction
Develop mood boards to guide and inspire campaign photoshoots
Design a wide range of marketing assets, including Email layouts, Web banners, Flyers and print materials, Website landing pages, Social media assets
Support ongoing and existing product launch campaigns by creating post-launch assets within established brand guidelines, developing additional mood boards when new photography is required and producing remaining or updated communication assets
Design and update creative assets to support ongoing events, including event promotion materials across digital and print channels and engaging flyers for themed events, celebrations, and activations
Update and maintain the Product Catalog to align with new brand guidelines by applying updated color palettes and visual standards, refreshing or replacing imagery as needed, modifying layouts that no longer align with the updated brand, creating new image compositions when required
Requirements:
4+ years of professional design experience within an advertising agency, design firm, in-house agency, or corporate creative department
Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Proven ability to work under pressure and incorporate feedback constructively
Expert-level proficiency with Mac hardware and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Bridge with skills in AfterEffects
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Basic experience creating GIF animations
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BFA) in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred
