Job Description:

Creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team in Wheeling, Illinois. Responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing efforts across multiple channels. Opportunity to contribute to a growing company with over 30 years of industry expertise and a strong presence in retail grocery and mass-market channels.

Job Responsibility:

Develop engaging designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
Create branding assets, including logos, brand guidelines, and stationery
Design product packaging that reflects brand standards and appeals to target audiences
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual content
Produce video graphics and light animations to enhance digital and multimedia projects
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints by adhering to established guidelines
Optimize product listings for eCommerce platforms through thoughtful visual enhancements
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design best practices
Organize and maintain a digital archive of design assets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio of work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively
Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch
Knowledge of animation software like After Effects
