Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team on a Contract basis. This role is ideal for a creative individual who can produce high-quality visual materials while also supporting marketing-related initiatives. The position requires strong expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to manage design tasks with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Create visually engaging marketing materials such as brochures, promotional pieces, and branded collateral that align with project goals
  • Develop and refine layouts, graphics, and visual assets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate marketing needs into effective and well-executed design solutions
  • Maintain brand consistency across print and digital deliverables by applying established visual standards
  • Prepare files for production, review final outputs for quality, and ensure materials are ready for distribution or publication
  • Use Excel to organize project details, track updates, and support reporting related to design and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience creating brochures and other promotional or brand-supporting materials
  • Solid Excel skills with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with practical business needs
