We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling marketing materials and promotional collateral that align with our brand standards and captivate our audience.
Job Responsibility:
Create innovative visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media content, and print collateral
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute design projects that meet business objectives
Convert designs to appropriate formats for digital advertising, social media platforms, and print production
Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message to target audiences
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and providing regular updates on project status
Stay current with design trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your work
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Maintain an organised digital asset library for easy access and retrieval of design files
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media
Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across various projects
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in the industry
Nice to have:
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is desirable
