Requirements

4+ years in graphic design working across print, web and other interactive media
4+ years in web design
4+ years in UX design
4+ years in CSS (not just the basics such as setting a font size or style, but also implementing cross-browser CSS and advanced controlling of positioning of divs on a web page)
4+ years in implementing table-less web design
2+ years experience with Jquery and similar
5+ years experience in an agency setting

Job Responsibility

Work day to day on the design and implementation of interactive projects
Work directly with clients, front-end and back-end web/app developers and graphic designers, as well as the Zion & Zion PR/Social Media team, Internet Marketing department and Content Strategy department
Propose new ideas, tools and techniques

Requirements

Passion for creating polished, effective designs that drive business results
5+ years of experience in website design, graphic design, or related visual design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, branding, and digital marketing materials
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and web design platforms
Understanding of responsive web design principles and how to design for multiple devices and screen sizes
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Responsibility

Design and maintain compelling visual identities across our website, marketing materials, and digital touchpoints

Design website layouts that are both visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-focused
Develop marketing collateral including presentation decks, one-pagers, infographics, guides, and enablement materials
Ship high-quality creative work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail
Stay current on emerging trends in web design, visual design, and digital marketing
Contribute to product design efforts including iconography, illustrations, and UI elements (a plus)
