We are seeking a Graphic Designer for Kids Character Licensing for wearing apparel with a fashion brand in Central New Jersey. Temp to Perm Edison, NJ Start ASAP Salary $85,000 Houlry pay rate: $41

Job Responsibility

  • Development of art for seasonal / retailer collections and licensor presentations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines, without compromising the quality or creativity for the assignment
  • Ability to take creative direction and feedback
  • Participate in licensor / retailer internal and external creative meetings, shopping trips, trade shows, etc.
  • A love for character graphic design

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in kids’ wearing apparel (boy and girl) focused on graphic design in character licensing is a MUST
  • Ability to flat sketch bodies A+
  • Must hang with Disney, Universal, WB, Paramount/Nick
  • with Target, Costco, Off-Price and department store
  • BA or BFA in Fashion Design or equivalent on the job experience
  • Exceptionally high Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
  • Great color sense
  • Ability to create complex seamless repeat patterns
