We’re looking for a hands-on creative who can turn ideas into high-quality visual and multi-format content, fast. You’ll work directly with the brand director, supporting sales, campaigns, events and daily content output across social, digital, and ads. You’ll be creating from day one. This role aligns with the level 3 content creator apprenticeship, focused on planning, producing and delivering content across digital channels. You’ll be working inside a fast-moving creative and marketing environment, contributing to live campaigns, events, brand activity and closely working with a high energy sales environment. The work you produce won’t sit in a folder — it will be seen. The pace is high, things move quickly, priorities shift and not everything will be perfectly planned. That’s intentional, we’re building, testing and pushing constantly. You’ll be working directly with the brand director, getting clear direction, honest feedback and real responsibility early on. In return, we expect you to be switched on, proactive and willing to improve quickly.
Job Responsibility:
Design social content (posts, carousels, ads, stories)
Create and edit short-form video (reels, TikTok, ads)
Support campaign launches with visual assets
Edit footage from events, shoots and activations
Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
Assist with website visuals and digital assets
Support on-site content capture (photo/video when needed)
Stay on top of design and content trends
Requirements:
16+ years old
English & maths GCSE or equivalent grade above C/4
