Job Description:

As a Commercial Graphic Designer at A‑SAFE, you’ll play a key role in producing the high‑quality documents that support our global product launches, sales activity and technical communication. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven design role where your work directly helps our teams win major clients and deliver industry‑leading information to customers worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create accurate, beautifully structured commercial documents, from datasheets and specification sheets to installation guides and product collateral
  • Translate technical information into clear, user‑friendly visuals that help internal teams and global customers understand our products quickly and confidently
  • Maintain and develop templates that keep our documentation consistent across product lines and regions
  • Design internal presentations, sales decks and pitch materials that help our teams respond professionally to big opportunities
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and the Marketing Studio Manager to gather information, clarify details and ensure technical accuracy
  • Support ad‑hoc sales enablement requests with quick-turn, high-quality visuals that make an immediate impact
  • Help keep documentation up to date as product specs evolve, ensuring everything remains accurate, aligned and on-brand

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a technical, industrial or product‑centric environment
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Confidence working with detailed technical content and ensuring absolute accuracy
  • A strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy in structured documents
  • Experience managing multiple design projects at once and hitting deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
  • Familiarity with template systems, production workflows and preparing files for both print and digital
  • Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate positively across teams and communicate design decisions clearly
