Job Responsibility
Conceptualise and execute 360° campaigns, from initial key visuals (KV) to multi-platform adaptations
Design compelling marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media content
Develop and refine storyboards for motion design and video projects
Collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to life
Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different markets and formats
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative design solutions to the team.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in graphic design within creative or design agencies
Proven expertise in 360° campaign design across various channels (digital, print, social, OOH)
Strong understanding of marketing campaign structures and brand storytelling
Experience in key visual (KV) creation and adaptations for different formats
Ability to develop storyboards for animations, videos, and assets for motion graphics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, After Effects will be a plus)
Fluency in at least 2 European languages (Polish or English required
French, German, Spanish, or Italian as a 2nd language then a 3rd language is a plus)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
Web design and UX/UI experience, including wireframing and responsive design principles
Knowledge of Figma or Sketch for UI/UX-related projects
Passion for emerging trends in AI, digital design, and interactive media.
