NTT DATA is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Large Deals & Proposals to support strategic sales pursuits by translating complex solutions into visually compelling, client-ready content. This role plays a critical part in enhancing proposal quality, storytelling, and differentiation through impactful design of presentations, proposals, infographics, and digital assets that help win large, competitive deals.
Job Responsibility
Design high-quality visual assets for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, executive summary documents, sales presentations and orals decks, solution diagrams and infographics, case studies and credentials packs
collaborate with sales, bid managers, technical writers, and enterprise architects to create visually compelling proposal documents
ensure design enhances clarity, readability, and persuasion of proposal content
convert complex technical concepts (cloud, AI, digital transformation, infrastructure, data) into easy-to-understand diagrams, infographics and visual narratives, client-friendly frameworks and models
maintain strong alignment with NTT DATA brand guidelines and visual identity
support development of win themes through design, reinforcing key differentiators visually
create executive-level PowerPoint presentations for CXO meetings, client orals and defense sessions, strategic deal walkthroughs
apply best practices in slide storytelling, data visualization, layout, typography, and color harmony
build and maintain a library of reusable graphics, icons, templates, and layouts
standardize proposal templates and visual elements for consistency across deals
continuously enhance design templates for improved efficiency and impact
work in a high-pressure bid war room environment with tight deadlines
manage multiple priorities across simultaneous large deal pursuits
quickly iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
10–12 years of experience in corporate graphic design
proposal design / sales enablement design
IT services, consulting, or B2B environments
experience supporting large, complex bids or enterprise sales teams
strong expertise in visual storytelling and information design
ability to simplify complex content into diagrams, flowcharts, framework visuals
excellent understanding of business communication and executive presentation design
strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design consistency under tight timelines
advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (expert level)
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Figma / Sketch (preferred)
diagramming tools: Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io
familiarity with AI design tools (Copilot, generative design tools) is a plus
Nice to have
Experience in global system integrators
exposure to IT services domains (cloud, data, AI, ERP, cybersecurity)
understanding of proposal lifecycle and sales processes
experience supporting CXO-level presentations and global stakeholders
