Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, brochures, presentations, and digital assets
  • Support the design and adaptation of content for social media platforms and internal communications
  • Ensure all visual materials align with Four Seasons brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with different departments to support promotional campaigns and events
  • Assist with photo selection, image editing, and content organization
  • Support the development of creative concepts for guest-facing and internal initiatives
  • Help maintain design files and marketing asset libraries

Requirements

  • Passion for graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous internship, academic projects, or experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English & spanish, both written and verbal
