Job Description:

Graphic Communication Co-worker position at IKEA's new Customer Meeting Point in Delhi, responsible for strengthening IKEA's visual identity through store communication and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Use graphic communication competence to strengthen uniqueness and consistency of IKEA identity
Contribute to department action plan with business growth initiatives
Plan, implement and evaluate store communication
Develop, implement and evaluate store communication strategies
Secure visual balance and consistency in store communication
Stay updated with home furnishing and communication trends
Minimize disruption when working on shop floor

Requirements:

Education in graphic communication design, media and typography
Visual competence with keen eye for aesthetics
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to explain concepts verbally and visual interpretation
Ability to prioritise and organise own work
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Good attention to details with practical hands-on approach
Computer proficient with knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and production tools
Knowledge of range presentation the IKEA way
Knowledge of home furnishing the IKEA way
Knowledge of store communication the IKEA way
Understanding of life at home in local market
Knowledge of commercial calendar and store activities
Knowledge of IKEA Concept and IKEA Brand objectives
