  • Practical hands-on approach, feeling at ease working with various hand tools and comfortable working at heights
  • Proven ability to prioritise and organise your workload in order to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed goals and deadlines. Demonstrating flexibility and composure when juggling multiple roles and rapidly changing priorities
  • Clear communication with the ability to explain concepts verbally and with visual interpretation
  • You enjoy working in an independent and autonomous role
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly across all store functions, building strong cross‑department relationships and effectively influencing a wider network of stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic and curious to developing new skills and expand professional knowledge, with an interest in exploring innovative ways of working and adapting to new creative challenges to support continuous improvement
What we offer:
  • 15% IKEA discount and discount portal helping you save £100s on High Street retailers
  • Life Assurance of 4 times your pay, enhanced statutory pension contributions & interest free loans
  • Given Day - Additional days’ paid leave to take at any point during the year, when it's important for you
