As a Graphic Communication Coworker, you will develop and maintain graphic communication solutions that support IKEA's brand and business goals. You will translate IKEA's concept and tone of voice into clear, engaging designs for all store communications. You will collaborate with interior designers and visual merchandisers to create effective store communication materials. You will oversee print communication, ensuring visual balance, quality, and cost-efficiency. You will ensure all communications are customer-friendly, functional, and consistent with IKEA guidelines. You will work closely with the Com&In team and other store functions to maximize commercial opportunities. Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Experience of working with graphic design in an advertising agency or a printing company for minimum of 3 years
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
Knowledge of print and digital design standards
Strong collaboration skills with marketing, communication, and commercial teams
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Passion for home furnishing, design, and IKEA's values
Education in graphic communication design, media and typography
Visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to explain concepts verbally and visual interpretation
Ability to prioritise and organise own work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team
Good attention to details with a practical hands-on approach to work
