Job Responsibility

  • Research and identify compelling public and private funding opportunities
  • Contribute to a strong, forward‑looking grants pipeline
  • Support grant strategy and long‑term funding goals
  • Write, edit, and assemble high‑quality grant proposals and letters of intent
  • Partner with subject‑matter experts to gather stories, data, and budgets
  • Ensure submissions are polished, compelling, and aligned with funder guidelines
  • Assist with managing awarded grants, tracking milestones and deliverables
  • Help prepare progress reports, outcomes summaries, and final submissions
  • Support grant compliance and documentation efforts
  • Maintain accurate grant records and tracking tools
  • Monitor deadlines, renewals, and reporting requirements
  • Use grants management systems to support visibility and efficiency
  • Work closely with an experienced, supportive grants team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in grant writing, grants administration, or similar work
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping quality high

Nice to have

  • Experience with government or foundation funding
  • Familiarity with grants management or CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of compliance or reporting requirements
  • Experience in nonprofit, education, healthcare, or public‑sector environments
