Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Grants Manager to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This long-term contract position offers a hybrid schedule, combining in-office work with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in grant accounting, compliance management, and community-focused programs, playing a vital role in supporting and guiding grantees throughout the grant lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee the documentation and compliance processes for various grants to ensure all requirements are met
  • Provide direct support to grantees, including assisting with paperwork, addressing concerns, and delivering training on documentation needs
  • Collaborate with teams to draft agreements, review contracts, and ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Manage grant balances, monitor expenditures, and ensure accountability
  • Work closely with internal teams to address requests and maintain smooth communication between stakeholders
  • Evaluate and reject incorrect submissions while guiding grantees on proper protocols
  • Assist with program leadership by contributing to the development and implementation of community-focused initiatives
  • Maintain records and prepare reports to track progress and adherence to grant guidelines

Requirements
