We are seeking a full‑time, Grants & Community Impact Manager to support its fundraising, grant compliance, and program impact efforts. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for leading the organization’s grant strategy — including grant writing, application management, reporting, and funder stewardship. The Grants & Community Impact Manager will also oversee program outcome measurement and use data and storytelling to clearly communicate the organization's impact to funders, partners, and community stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Research, develop, write, and submit grant proposals for public, private, corporate, and foundation funding
Track grant deadlines, submission requirements, deliverables, and reporting obligations
Maintain communication with funders and ensure grant-funded programs meet documented goals
Prepare interim and final grant reports with accurate data, narratives, and financial information
Support fundraising efforts by preparing donor materials, updates, and impact summaries
Oversee the collection, tracking, and analysis of program outcomes and performance indicators
Translate data into clear, compelling stories, visuals, and summaries that demonstrate impact
Create dashboards, presentations, and written reports for leadership, partners, and stakeholders
Ensure evaluation methods align with funder expectations and organizational goals
Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners, local organizations, civic groups, and stakeholders
Represent the organization at community meetings, outreach events, and collaborative initiatives
Support and help coordinate programs or events that enhance community engagement and visibility
Draft and edit content for newsletters, impact reports, website updates, and other communication materials
Assist with public inquiries related to programs, partnerships, and community-facing initiatives
Contribute to messaging that strengthens the organization’s public image and visibility
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, public relations, nonprofit management, or related field
Experience in grant management, fundraising, programming, marketing, or community engagement
At least two years in a nonprofit or leadership-focused role
Knowledge of the local community and nonprofit landscape preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to attend occasional events outside regular business hours
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Ability to build relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Strong project management skills
able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Skilled in writing, editing, and proofreading
Comfortable handling sensitive topics with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data tracking/reporting
Strong time‑management and critical‑thinking skills
