Our client, a reputable organisation supporting the UK seafood industry, is hiring for a motivated Grants Case Manager in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to multi-million-pound funding initiatives, with potential for long-term growth and a permanent role. What you'll be doing: * Managing a diverse portfolio of grant applications and claims, ensuring compliance with scheme rules * Maintaining accurate records and data reporting * Liaising confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders * Preparing reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation * Staying up-to-date with regulations and providing robust recommendations * Attending meetings and representing the Grants Team What you'll bring: * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them practically * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Experience in administration, grants, or customer service is desirable * Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines * Valid Right to Work in the UK and ability to commute to Newcastle Additional info: * Salary: £15.58 per hour (paid weekly) * Contract: Initially 6 months, with potential for extension or permanent placement * Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 from home) * Location: Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park
