Randstad have partnered with a reputable State Government Department and are seeking Grant Assessment Officers to commence immediately to assist in their team. Currently the State Government Department is undergoing a current project that they need your assistance with. The current department is growing and is seeking highly motivated individuals to commence immediately on a short term temporary assignment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the administration and management of research grants with particular focus on reporting requirements
  • Providing administrative support the branch
  • Identifying and monitoring new and existing funding programs
  • Preparing reports, briefings and correspondence
  • Provide high level of customer service, primarily over the phone
  • Ensuring that data entered into the system is accurate and efficient
  • Gather, access and evaluate data
  • Knowledge of Government systems such a Objective

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience in Grant Program role or Assessing roles
  • Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
  • Be self-driven and also follow instruction
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Must hold a NPC (National Police Check)
  • Available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm
