A master’s degree is preferred
At least five (5) years’ experience writing government, corporate and/or foundation grants and managing projects
Any combination of experience in the areas of grant development, grant monitoring, marketing, finance, community relations, fundraising or development equivalent to five (5) years

Job Responsibility

Job Responsibility

Oversee a compliant internal financial system, ensuring funds tracking, funding source compliance, and procurement verification
Manage complex budgets with multiple funding sources in line with federal, state and local policies and requirements
Provide high-level administrative support to the Health Director and Deputy Director
Conduct procurement processes, including high value goods and requests for proposals, qualifications, quotes and more
Manage Grants and Contracts Matrix, advising relevant parties of expiring grants/contracts and sending report due reminders
