We are seeking a detail-oriented Grant Administrator for a contract engagement to support grant management and compliance efforts. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and administration of grant funding within a mission-driven organization.
Job Responsibility
Manage the full lifecycle of grants, including tracking, budgeting, and reporting
Monitor grant compliance with federal, state, and private funding requirements
Prepare and submit financial reports, reimbursements, and grant documentation
Collaborate with program managers to ensure proper allocation and use of funds
Reconcile grant accounts and assist with audits
Maintain organized records of grant agreements, budgets, and deliverables
Assist with grant applications and renewals as needed
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in grant administration, fund accounting, or nonprofit
Understanding of grant compliance and reporting requirements
