Oversee the financial management of grants, including tracking payments, monitoring expenditures, and generating detailed reports. Maintain accurate internal schedules for grant deliverables and ensure all deadlines are met. Prepare and upload required monthly financial reports to relevant organizations. Review and process travel and business expense reports for management approval. Code, track, and process expense invoices to ensure proper review and authorization. Assist in creating budgets and budget justifications for grant proposals. Collaborate on the preparation and review of grant applications to ensure accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely and complete grant applications. Stay informed on industry standards by attending meetings and reviewing relevant publications. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Sound judgment in evaluating financial information and addressing compliance issues
