Job Responsibility:
Promptly welcome guests and provide responsive and professional service
Anticipate guests’ needs and respond urgently
Communicate effectively with management, chefs, and culinary staff
Clear and clean tables, booths, and chairs after guests leave
Assist servers in pre-busing and busing tables including wiping and setting tables
Set up to-go/pick-up area and deliver to-go orders to host desk
Refill beverages as necessary
Set and reset tables and side stations before, during, and after service
Deliver food orders to tables
Ensure all machines are cleaned properly
Fold/roll napkins and keep silverware polished
Reset tables promptly and efficiently
Participate in pre-shift meetings and learn new menu items
Assist kitchen in expediting service
Maintain general cleanliness in dining room during service
Take, compile, deliver, and put away warehouse orders
Perform any other duties within the scope of the position
Requirements:
Minimum age of 21 years
Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
Ability to communicate in English both written and oral
Ability to perform basic reading, math, and writing
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks
Physical ability to stand and walk constantly and perform reaching, bending, kneeling, and balancing frequently
Ability to push, pull, and lift 50lbs or less frequently
Ability to use both hands repetitively and perform light to strong grasping
Good vision including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision
Ability to operate glassware washing machines and refill ice and beer bins
