Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grafana Stack DevOps Engineer to join our team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Tampa. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and ensuring the stability and resilience of our Prime Observability Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of the Grafana ecosystem, DevOps principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams to drive observability best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Build and maintain Prime Observability Platform
Design, implement, and maintain critical Prime Observability Platform
Proactively monitor observability platform for health, performance, and availability
Implement robust solutions to ensure stability, resiliency, and continuous operation
Define and refine operating standards, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with organizational teams for onboarding onto observability platform
Provide technical guidance and review architectural designs

Requirements:

Experience with Grafana Stack (2+ years): including hands-on expertise with Grafana, Mimir, Tempo, Loki, and OpenTelemetry
Programming Language Proficiency (5-8 years): demonstrated experience with Java, Python, or TypeScript
Troubleshooting and debugging expertise
DevOps and observability experience
CI/CD familiarity
Container environment deployment experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
Pressure management and adaptability
Teamwork and communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
