Job Description:

As a graduate in our Valuation team, you’ll join us on a two-year journey to become a Chartered Valuation Surveyor & registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a range of real estate from industrial, offices and retail through to large residential portfolios
  • Carry out Valuations for secured lending on behalf of a range of lenders as well as pension funds, financial statements and the public sector
  • Complete your assessment of professional competence (APC) with involvement with other disciplines such as agency, lease advisory and property management

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited BSc or MSc
  • Driving Licence
  • A team player who has an ability to think innovatively and offer ideas to challenge for the better
  • A passion for building great long-term relationships with external and internal clients
  • A strong drive to achieve client success with integrity and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and good organisation skills with the ability to demonstrate agility, adapting when things don’t go to plan
  • Excellent communication skills to suit different commercial and client environments
  • A talent for inspiring and energising those around you
