Job Responsibility
Support the Automation Maintenance team in ensuring production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably
Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for highly automated production lines and industrial equipment
Gain practical experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and equipment performance optimization
Contribute to initiatives focused on improving equipment reliability, efficiency, and operational performance
Participate in departmental and cross-functional technical projects and maintenance improvement initiatives
Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance colleagues to support daily operations and achieve business objectives
Participate in technical training sessions, mentoring activities, and development projects as part of the graduate program
Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects while developing your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field
Not required, but passion and potential are
Good English communication skills and comfortable using MS Office and digital tools
Active in volunteering, student organizations, technical projects, competitions, or pursuing a unique passion
Interested in building a long-term career in maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing operations
