Are you a Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology Graduate looking for a practical, hands-on gateway into Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Behaviour Analysis? Or perhaps you are a career changer with a passion for human behaviour and a desire to make a tangible social impact? We are seeking analytical, motivated, and resilient individuals to join our specialist multi-disciplinary team as a Graduate Trainee Behaviour Analyst / SEN Teacher. In this role, you will work 1-to-1 with autistic children and young people, utilising evidence-based, behaviourally analytic teaching methods (including Applied Behaviour Analysis/CABAS models). Rather than just 'managing' a classroom, you will actively participate in data collection, behavioural tracking, and the execution of individualised learning and communication programs. No prior teaching qualification is required. We provide a fully funded, world-class training pipeline designed to take you from a graduate or career changer to a certified professional in the field of behavioural science.
