This position reports to the Manager Financial System Development in the Financial System Development Group. The successful candidate will assist in MSME finance, digital financial services, conducting financial literacy and awareness initiatives, development of the capital markets and overall financial inclusion initiatives ensuring that these are effective, soundly developed and implemented. The candidate will further assist in ensuring research projects/papers are completed in a timely manner and in a way which maximise their use for policy evaluation and decision making and assist in the delivery of initiatives to improve development and system efficiency for joint projects involving the Reserve Bank and other parties.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
At least a Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or any related discipline
Must be digitally literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to write clearly and concisely and maintain strict confidentiality
A solid understanding of basic accounting procedures, financial analysis and risk management is strongly preferred
Proven ability to effectively engage communities, deliver timely results, strong written, oral and numeric skills, ability to develop and maintain working relationships with both internal and external parties, and attention to detail.
