The Graduate Trainee – Education Support will assist with day-to-day education support activities, helping students and educators with account setup, software access, eligibility, downloads, and basic technical queries. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with good communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning about software support and education platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Handle and track education support queries, perform basic eligibility and account checks, ensure proper case resolution, flag trends, and assist with process and automation testing
Respond to users using approved templates, requesting missing details clearly
document issues accurately
identify common user confusion to improve FAQs
and maintain consistent explanations of education access and eligibility
Follow Education Support SOPs, help update internal guides and FAQs, distinguish Education vs. Product Support scope, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with global Education, Operations, and Support teams, and learn Bentley systems, tools, and education licensing models during the trainee period.
Requirements:
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a support or user-facing role
comfortable following structured processes
basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and web platforms
organized, reliable, and open to feedback.
Nice to have:
Internship or trainee experience in support or operations
exposure to education platforms or academic users
basic awareness of licensing or software access concepts.
