We’re seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Graduate Technical Solutions Specialist. In this entry-level position, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, support solution design, and contribute to technical proposals — gaining valuable industry experience and building your technical skillset.\nLocation: Sofia, Bulgaria

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions aligned with product capabilities
  • Support the development of technical proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SoW)
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical discussions
  • Learn and become proficient in the company’s technology portfolio, including digital solutions, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security offerings
  • Support designing tailored solutions that meet customer business objectives
  • Use company tools and best practices to support proposal development and project documentation
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support the team in managing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Excellent English skills
  • Basic understanding of hardware components: PCs, laptops, servers, storage devices, and networking equipment (switches, routers)
  • Basic knowledge of servers, storage, and networking devices: their main components and functions
  • Understanding of virtualization concepts, including what virtual machines are, their purpose, and the importance of the host machine’s resources
  • Awareness of virtualization management tools like VMware or Hyper-V, and why they are used
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented, flexible, and a team player
  • Eager to learn and develop technical skills in hardware, networking, and virtualization
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior internship or project experience in a tech environment is a plus but not mandatory
