Job Responsibility:
Assist in understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions aligned with product capabilities
Support the development of technical proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SoW)
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical discussions
Learn and become proficient in the company’s technology portfolio, including digital solutions, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security offerings
Support designing tailored solutions that meet customer business objectives
Use company tools and best practices to support proposal development and project documentation
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support the team in managing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Excellent English skills
Basic understanding of hardware components: PCs, laptops, servers, storage devices, and networking equipment (switches, routers)
Basic knowledge of servers, storage, and networking devices: their main components and functions
Understanding of virtualization concepts, including what virtual machines are, their purpose, and the importance of the host machine’s resources
Awareness of virtualization management tools like VMware or Hyper-V, and why they are used
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented, flexible, and a team player
Eager to learn and develop technical skills in hardware, networking, and virtualization
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Prior internship or project experience in a tech environment is a plus but not mandatory
