Job Description:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students across various subjects and age groups. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable classroom experience, contribute to the learning environment, and develop essential skills for a future career in education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
  • assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources
  • help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • support students with additional learning needs or challenges
  • collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any subject
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • enthusiasm for education and a desire to support student learning
  • adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a classroom setting
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
